Transaction is a process of Inward, Material Order and Outward of a customer materials. (Fruits, Vegetables etc.)
Inward is used for store materials, Material order is used for make an order of stored materials and through outward we can transfer those materials to customer back as per his/her requests.
Location transfer is used for transfer materials from one location to another location inside the cold storage.
Party transfer is for when party is selling their materials to another party, next all later invoices will be invoice to new party.
We had implemented and ability to implement barcode based customized flow which is little bit expensive but give 100% control on process flow.
In Transaction system perform all the activity and in transaction report user can see all the performed activities through reports.
In Transaction reports system having most of the criteria for searching of transaction and also another field to get that reports.
After generating records we can also print and download the reports.
System having Lot in out Report which used for check history of the particular Lot.
System having Stock report that user can check stock of particular lot or Party.

In Invoicing bill is generating for customer as per their Inward and outward. Some of our customers introduce it by Storage Bill too.
Invoice is the super challenge because each customer has they own calculation method, Our system is supporting multiple schemes like Monthly, Daily, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly, Lot Finish, Mix Scheme etc. We also have ability to customize the scheme too.
For labour bill: System will generate labour bill, like inward labour, Location Transfer labour, outward labour etc.
System will generate packing bill, when system will create any packing at the time used some of the material like box, tray etc.
Cold storage owner can manage all company expanses, packing Material expanses and any other expanses which you are using for the cold storage, you can manage all those expanses which will be affected inside accounting too.

You have options to create packing recipe. Based on packing recipe, system will automatically calculate usage of packing materials.
With the packing material reporting you can check how much material has been consumed and how much is on hand.
During the outward process, if a customer requests items to be packed in different weights or separate boxes, the advanced packing module simplifies the task. It allows the cold storage team to handle customized packing requirements quickly and accurately.
Once the packing is complete, customers can raise a packing order request. Based on that request, the system prepares the packing order for dispatch, ensuring proper tracking and streamlined delivery without confusion or delays.
Additionally, the software also tracks dumping and material shrinkage during the packing process. This helps maintain accurate stock levels and minimizes product loss or accounting errors.
The Packing Report feature gives you a detailed view of every activity carried out during the packing process. It logs all steps taken, from material preparation to final packing execution.
You can also track all packing material orders made for specific customers or dispatches. This ensures better planning and avoids any shortages or overuse of resources.
Additionally, the report covers packing-related outward movements. This helps in verifying what items were packed and sent out, keeping your records clear and organized.

You can set profit margins easily, and the system will automatically calculate the selling price based on those margins. This helps you stay competitive while maintaining profitability. Adjustments can be made at any point to reflect market conditions or specific client agreements.
The final selling price is calculated by adding the purchase cost, vehicle expense, inward labor cost, storage charge, outward charge, packing labor charge, packing material cost, and packing outward charge, followed by your chosen profit margin. This gives you a clear breakdown of total cost and profit.
Notifications can be enabled at every stage of the transaction process—from inward entries and storage activities to outward dispatches, billing, and final payment updates. This ensures all stakeholders stay informed and nothing gets missed in the process.
The system currently supports three types of notifications: Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. You can choose the preferred channel based on the recipient’s convenience or urgency of the message, ensuring fast and reliable communication throughout the workflow.
We also offer the option to set up customized notifications. For example, you can generate daily summary reports for inward and outward movements and have them sent directly to top management for better visibility and quicker decision-making.

Cross-Docking is the receiving goods at one door of a facility and shipping out through another door almost immediately, without putting the goods in coldstorage/warehouse storage. This helps eliminate the storage and picking functions of a warehouse.
The customer has access to their own portal, So your customer never as you about stock, balance, invoice, outward request. They can go inside the login panel and got all the required details.
